Patients are encouraged to know their plan coverage, copays, deductibles, and copays. Billing insurance does not guarantee insurance payment for services. Patients are responsible for services rendered, including co-pays, co-insurance, and deductibles. Some insurance companies require special authorizations for assessments before they can be performed. Psychological assessment reports will not be released until payment is made in full. The full appointment fee will be charged if patients cancel within 24 hours before the appointment or are not present for their visit.
